We hope this letter finds you and your family healthy and staying safe. We wanted to check in with an update, and to see how things are going with you. With COVID-19 has come an unprecedented time in our country. Social distancing has become the current reality and for many, the new normal. This is an ever-changing situation, one of which we continue to monitor and adjust to accordingly.

Like all of us at Chimney Cricket, I’m sure you are following the news daily. Orders by state and local officials regarding the continuing operation of businesses and which of those are considered life sustaining and non-life sustaining have created a bit of confusion. This holds true for the construction industry as well.

We are open and operating for emergency services and exterior repairs, practicing the safe parameters necessary to stop the spread of Corona Virus. Below is a list of our current services:

• If you are experience issues with your heating appliances including water heaters, furnaces or boilers and suspect a blockage in the flue we can perform a CHIMNEY SWEEP
• If you are having a new or replacement heating appliance installed that requires a stainless steel liner, we are currently installing HEATER LINERS
• If you clothes dryer is not drying clothes properly we can perform a DRYER VENT SWEEP to ensure your venting is clear and your appliance is functioning properly
• If you are experiencing water or mold issues and need EXTERIOR REPAIRS to mitigate these issues

All of the above issues are health and safety related so do not hesitate to reach out. We’ll also discuss how we can complete your project without putting your family at risk.
